Missionary Housing & Retreat Centers
This list includes a wide assortment of housing facilities, including guest houses, inns, furlough homes, camp grounds, retreat centers, and mission compounds. Most of the locations listed either provide discounts for people in full-time ministry or provide housing exclusively for ministry workers, a few locations are actually free for people in full-time ministry.
Many locations will clearly state the discounts or offers they have available to ministry workers, while others require a personal inquiry or request. Most locations require advance reservations and many do not accept walk-in guests.

Missionary Home, British Columbia – A missionary guest house with comfortable rooms used to house singles, couples, and families during their short-term stay.
Oasis Retreat, Vancouver – Oasis is a small group (maximum of 12 per retreat).We do six of these Retreats each year. It is designed for those weary and/or wounded in ministry. It is here that the spiritual, psychological, mental, physical, and leadership needs of those in professional Christian ministry are understood and addressed. Teaching sessions by qualified pastors, missionaries, and psychologists focuses on the major pitfalls in life and ministry.

While we do our best to keep this listing current and up-to-date, it is possible that some locations may have moved, closed, altered what they offer, or changed their fees or policies regarding their guests and bookings. And while it is our goal to only list locations that are open to anyone in full-time ministry, there may be some locations that restrict their usage to only members of their mission society.
Most of the locations listed either provide discounts for people in full-time ministry or provide housing exclusively for ministry workers, but some locations do not provide any discount and are open to all comers but are still listed because their location and facilities are ideal for missionaries on deputation or furlough. Many locations will clearly state the discounts or offers they have available to ministry workers, while others require a personal inquiry or request. It is left to the initiative of the client to find out what fees or discounts may apply to them, and it is the right of the facility managers to determine what those fees or discounts may be, as well as their right to make changes to what they have to offer or the fees they incur.
Most locations require advance reservations and many do not accept walk-in guests. Some provide food or kitchens, others do not provide either. The compiler makes no claims regarding the availability or quality of any given location, nor does a listing indicate that a facility is looking for clients.
